Getting Started
How long does setup usually take?
Most teams finish onboarding in a few minutes.
Can I change onboarding choices later?
Yes. You can update searches, notifications, users, and references later from the main app areas.
Navigation and Access
Where do I switch organizations?
Use the user menu at the top of the sidebar.
Where do I invite users?
Go to Settings > User Management.
Note: invitations and role changes are available to Owners only.
Feed and Searches
What is the difference between Feed and Saved Searches?
- Feed is your main live discovery workspace.
- Saved Searches are reusable, scheduled query definitions with dedicated result views.
Why am I seeing too many irrelevant tenders?
Refine your search criteria:
- narrow keywords
- add CPV branches
- adjust location and value filters
Why are results missing expected tenders?
Check your current filters and search scope first. Broadening criteria usually helps confirm whether a tender is excluded by filters.
Saved and Pipeline
What is the difference between Saved and Pipeline?
- Saved is a shortlist.
- Pipeline is for active bid execution.
Are Saved Tenders shared automatically across all devices?
Saved Tenders are currently stored in your current browser.
Billing and Limits
Where can I see plan limits?
Go to Settings > Billing and open Usage & Limits.
You can see current usage for users, searches, pipeline cards, team profiles, reference projects, and saved tenders.
AI Assistant
Why is the AI Assistant not visible for me?
The AI Assistant is shown only when:
- your organization has an AI-enabled plan
- your user has AI Access enabled in User Management
