How to use the built-in AI chat assistant in Procuris.
AI Assistant (Chat)
The AI Assistant is an integrated chat to help with tender questions and platform usage.
Where to Find It
Open it from the AI Assistant button in the sidebar footer.
The chat opens as a right-side panel.
Access Requirements
- Your organization is on an AI-enabled plan.
- Your user has AI Access enabled.
If the button is not visible, check Settings > User Management (owner action) and Settings > Billing.
How to Use It
- Type a question and send with
Enter. - Use
Shift+Enterfor a line break. - At chat start, the assistant shows suggested prompts.
- On tender pages, prompts are tender-aware (for example requirements, deadlines, summary).
- Use Clear chat history to reset the conversation.
Notes
- More specific prompts usually produce better answers.
- During peak usage, responses can be slower or limited temporarily.
