Saved Searches

Saved Searches automate discovery so you do not need to rebuild the same query every day.

Searches Overview Page

In Searches, you can:

• create a search
• open a search
• run a search now
• pause/resume
• edit settings
• delete a search

You can switch between card view and table view.

Create a Search

When creating a search, you define:

• search name
• query terms
• search area (German or European)
• countries (for European scope)
• value range
• CPV branches
• schedule (daily or weekly)

Initial Setup Note

After initial setup, first results can take a bit of time to appear.

If you do not see results immediately after creating a search, check again shortly after.

Search Detail View

Each saved search has its own results page.

This page uses the same core experience as Feed:

• same filter tabs
• same sort and view controls
• same tender cards
• same right-side tender detail panel
• same open-full-detail action

Edit and Optimize

From search detail, you can edit criteria and schedule as your strategy evolves.

Good practice:

1. keep only high-value searches active
2. refine broad searches that produce noise
3. rerun important searches manually before planning work
