Enterprise
How Enterprise differs from Pro and Business, which contracts and services your quote can cover, and how you get from the request to the setup.
You receive this service through an individual quote.
Enterprise is for organizations that need a contract of their own, a fixed contact person or separate areas for departments and locations. You do not book it under Billing like Pro and Business, but get it through an individual quote. The features are the same as in Business. Whatever your company needs beyond that, your quote includes.
Individual quote
There is no list price for Enterprise. Scope, term and price are set in your quote. You request it through the contact block at the bottom of this page, or in procuris under Billing in the Enterprise column with Contact Sales (Billing). Only owners and administrators can use this button. For members, it is locked, with the note "Only owners and admins can change the plan." Members request a quote through the contact block below.
How Enterprise differs from Pro and Business
The difference lies in contract and support, not in the features. Fit, company profile, pipeline, Workbook, agent and chat work in Enterprise as in Business (Plans). These five points differ:
| Property | Pro and Business | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|
| Booking | yourself under Billing | through an individual quote |
| Contract | general terms and conditions | individual contract, as needed with DPA, NDA and SLA |
| Contact person | no fixed one | a fixed contact person at procuris |
| People | Pro up to 3, Business unlimited | by contract |
| AI usage per month | Pro included, Business five times as much as Pro | by contract |
If your team works at one location and the general terms are enough for you, Business is sufficient. Enterprise pays off when your legal department requires agreements of its own or when departments and locations should work separately.
Services your quote can cover
You get the following services through an individual quote. If you request Enterprise, the same quote can include them, and they are then in the same contract.
- Departments and locations as sub-organizations with profiles of their own, see below.
- Bidding consortia and reliance on capacities with partners, see below.
- Custom modules and workflows. A custom module in the Workbook covers a work step for which there is no module. A workflow is a fixed process, for example that new hits of a saved search go to a partner company.
- International tenders in your language, for example from other EU countries or the USA. Without this service, the evaluation (Fit, requirements, agent) is designed for German-language procedures, even if a saved search searches across Europe. With the service, procuris evaluates tenders from these countries and shows the results in your language.
- Single sign-on, API, webhooks and integrations, see below.
- Full service: a bid manager from procuris works with your team on your bids (Full service by a bid manager).
Departments and locations as sub-organizations
A sub-organization works like an organization of its own in procuris. It has its own Company profile with certificates, insurances and reference projects, its own saved searches and its own Pipeline. The Fit of a tender depends on the profile of the sub-organization you are currently working in. A branch with certificates of its own therefore sees different hits at the top than the head office.
What lies in a sub-organization is visible only to its members. One person can be a member of several sub-organizations. They switch through the card with the name of the organization at the bottom of the sidebar and there Switch organization (Organization and access). Every sub-organization has roles of its own. Whoever has the role Owner there invites colleagues and manages the members (User management).
You name in your request which departments, locations or subsidiaries get a sub-organization. Quote and contract list the sub-organizations. The procuris team creates them during the setup.
Bidding consortia and reliance on capacities
In a bidding consortium, several companies submit a bid together. With reliance on capacities, you base your suitability on the capacities of another company, for example on its references. With this service, you prepare such a bid with your partner in procuris. In the Suitability module of the Workbook, you see which requirement your company meets and for which one the partner brings the evidence.
Whether the contracting authority allows a bidding consortium or reliance on capacities is stated in the tender documents.
Contracts
Enterprise runs on an individual contract. It can include these agreements:
- Data processing agreement (DPA): governs under Art. 28 GDPR how procuris processes personal data on your behalf, for example the contact details in your company profile.
- Non-disclosure agreement (NDA): obliges both sides not to pass on confidential information. If you want to show internal processes already in the conversation, say so in your request. We then sign the NDA before the conversation.
- Service level agreement (SLA): sets in a binding way how fast procuris responds to your reports. The times are in your contract.
How you get Enterprise
Send a request. Through Request a quote in the contact block below, or in procuris under Billing with Contact Sales (owners and administrators only). Say how many people work with procuris, which departments or locations should work separately and which contracts you need.
Conversation about your scope. We clarify sub-organizations, contracts, AI usage and the services from the list above that you want to add.
Contract. With your acceptance, we sign the contract, with DPA, NDA and SLA as agreed.
Setup. After the contract is signed, we set up Enterprise for your organization. If your team already works in procuris, your organization stays as it is, with saved searches, pipeline and company profile. The procuris team creates sub-organizations. From the setup on, you have a fixed contact person.
API, webhooks and single sign-on
You get API, webhooks and single sign-on through an individual quote. If you request Enterprise, the same quote can include them.
- API: an interface through which your system fetches tenders from procuris, for example for your CRM or ERP.
- Webhooks: messages that procuris sends to your system as soon as something new happens, for example a new hit.
- Single sign-on: your employees sign in with their company account instead of a separate procuris password.
After the setup, people with the role Owner manage these accesses themselves under Settings › Organization: tokens for the API (the keys your system signs in with), endpoints for webhooks and the identity provider for single sign-on. The sections appear only once access has been set up after the contract is signed. Until then, every person in your organization can request a quote for these services there in the On request section. Integrations describes who builds the integration and what your IT prepares.
