Billing
View and change your organization's plan, find invoices and payment method, cancel the subscription.
Under Billing you change your organization's plan, find invoices and cancel. You open the page via Billing at the bottom of the sidebar. What each plan includes is on Plans.
View the current plan
All roles see billing, owners and administrators change the plan. A person gets the administrator role by handing the owner role over to someone else (User management). Members see the same page with the buttons locked for them. Below the plan table they then see "Only owners and admins can change the plan." A locked button shows the same note when you point at it with the mouse.
The page has two areas on the left. Plan and payment shows the contract, Usage shows how much of its limits your organization uses (more on Usage).
At the top of Plan and payment your contract appears in one line:
| Item | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Current plan | Free, Pro, Business or Enterprise |
| Price | what the plan costs per billing period |
| Trial ends | only during the Pro trial: the last day of the trial |
| Next payment | as long as nothing is cancelled: the date of the next billing |
| Ends on | after a cancellation: the last day with the paid plan |
During the Pro trial, Next payment appears only once a payment method is on file.
Below it, a table compares the four plans. Your column is highlighted and labelled "your plan". In this column, each limit shows how much of it your organization already uses. During the Pro trial, a line under the table says what happens on the last day of the trial.
If a plan restriction sent you to this page, the top shows "You were sent here because your plan blocked what you were doing." After the change, Back to your task takes you to the place where you were interrupted.
Switch to Pro or Business
An upgrade applies right after payment. You need the owner or administrator role.
During the Pro trial
In the trial, Pro is already your plan. As long as no payment method is on file, the Pro column shows the button Keep Pro. It opens the payment page. There you add your payment method, and nothing is charged at that point. The trial runs to its last day, then Pro continues and is billed for the first time. Keep Pro on the trial card at the bottom of the sidebar opens the same page. With a payment method on file the column shows Current Plan. You book Business during the trial already, with the steps below.
Click Upgrade to Pro in the header of the Pro column, or Upgrade to Business in the header of the Business column.
Enter your payment method on the payment page and confirm. If a payment method is already on file for your organization, this step is skipped.
procuris then takes you back to billing. The highlighted column now shows the new plan.
Switch to a smaller plan
A downgrade applies only at the end of the current billing period. Until then you keep working with the paid plan. You switch from Business to Pro with Switch to Pro in the Pro column. For Free, click Downgrade in the Free column. This opens the billing portal, where you confirm the change and see the date from which it applies.
Find invoices and change the payment method
Invoices and payment method live in the billing portal, a separate page outside procuris. At the bottom of Plan and payment you find the buttons Manage payment and Invoices for it. Both open the same portal. There you find your previous invoices and change the payment method.
The buttons appear as soon as your organization is not on Free, so also during the Pro trial. Free has no invoices and therefore no buttons. A link in the portal leads back to billing.
Cancel
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, not on the day of the click. You need the owner or administrator role.
The plan then carries the Cancelled badge, and the contract line shows Ends on with the last day. Until that day your team has full access, then the organization moves to Free.
During the Pro trial without a payment method on file there is nothing to cancel, and the page shows no Cancel subscription button. The organization moves to Free by itself at the end of the trial, and nothing is charged. If you added a payment method with Keep Pro, the button is there. If you then do not want Pro after all, cancel before the last day of the trial with the steps above.
Nothing is deleted with the move to Free. Saved searches, pipeline, workbooks and your company profile stay stored. Only the limits of Free apply again. What Free locks stays stored and is back with Pro. The same applies at the end of the Pro trial if you buy no plan.
Contact sales
You do not buy Enterprise on this page but through an individual quote. The same applies to API access, webhooks, integrations and single sign-on. Request these four preferably under Settings › Organization in the On request section, because the message there is already filled in for the chosen service (Settings). This section is open to all roles.
For Enterprise and all other services there are two ways. Owners and administrators use the button in the plan table with the steps below. Members use the Request a quote block at the end of this help page, because the buttons of the plan table are locked for them.
Enter a Phone number. Our team calls you back on this number. procuris takes name, email address and organization from your account.
Under Message, write what the team should know in advance, for example team size and requirements. The message is optional.
"Request sent" then appears, and our team gets back to you at the email address of your account. Enterprise describes the process up to the contract.
Request a quote
Tell us what you want to use or connect. Your quote is based on that scope.
