What Free, Pro, Business and Enterprise include, how the Pro trial ends and what is kept on Free.
procuris has four plans. You switch between Free, Pro and Business yourself under Billing in the sidebar. You get Enterprise through an individual quote. Current prices are on the website at procuris.eu, this page names none.
What the plans include
Finding tenders is included in Free. Pro adds fit, agent and chat, and more room for people, saved searches and cards. The rows name what differs between the plans.

Which tenders you find does not depend on the plan. Feed and search show the same tenders on Free as on Business. The plans differ in what you do with a tender.
On Free you read the workbook, suitability and Plan included. Uploading tender documents, creating and changing requirements, and mapping and deciding evidence in suitability need Pro. Creating deadlines, changing Plan, setting the state of a module and saving the bid need Pro as well. So do exporting the submission, discarding an uploaded package, commenting and starting the agent. If you try one of these actions on Free, a dialog such as "Workbook not in your plan" opens with Upgrade to Pro. The window also opens as soon as you want to upload. Creating, changing or setting your own dashboards as the default also needs Pro, deleting works on Free too. If procuris cannot read your plan at the moment, Free applies to these actions until then.
API, webhooks, integrations, single sign-on, full service and further services come with an individual quote (below).
Which plan suits you
Free is meant for watching, for one person. You see the feed, a saved search sends you its hits every morning, and you keep up to 10 tenders as cards in the pipeline. Fit, agent and chat are missing on Free.
Pro is for a bidder or a small team of up to 3 people. Pro shows the fit, checks the suitability of a tender in full against your company profile and adds the agent that reads the tender documents. Choose Pro as soon as you bid on tenders regularly, because Free shows only two requirements of the suitability and has no agent.
Business is for a sales team that submits bids regularly. Business contains the same features as Pro, but with no limit on people and five times the AI usage. Business is the next tier after Pro, and under Billing its button is called Upgrade to Business. Switch to Business when a fourth person should join or when the AI allowance of Pro is not enough in most months. If you work in a team of two or three and the allowance is enough, Pro will do.
Enterprise is for organizations with their own requirements for contract, security and support. More under Enterprise.
AI usage
Pro includes a monthly AI allowance for the agent and the chat, Business five times as much. A bar under Billing in the Usage area shows how much of it is used (Usage). Once the allowance of a month is used up, the AI keeps working within a margin that is billed by consumption. Once that margin is used up as well, procuris shows: "Your AI allowance for this month is used up, including the margin beyond it. It refills with the next billing month, a larger plan brings more." Until then agent and chat rest, and the rest of your work in procuris goes on.
Pro trial
If the Pro trial is running for your new organization, Pro is open for 7 days without a payment card. Without a trial, your organization works on Free until you book a plan. In the trial all Pro features are open, for example fit, agent and chat. The sidebar shows how long the trial still runs, for example Pro trial, 5 days left.
Two limits apply differently in the trial than in Pro:
- People. In the trial you invite up to three people, so four including you. Open invitations count towards this. Pro itself covers three people. If you want to continue with four or more people after the trial, choose Business.
- AI. The trial has its own AI allowance. Once it is used up, procuris shows: "The AI of your trial is used up. Upgrade to Pro to keep working right away."
Pro trial for existing customers
Organizations that used procuris before the new version also get 7 days of Pro without a payment card. This applies only to organizations without a paid plan. A paid plan stays as it is.
After the switch, procuris greets the owner on every visit with "Welcome to the new version of Procuris" and a short film, until Set up the new Procuris is chosen there. The trial starts with that choice. procuris then walks through the profile once, with what you entered before already filled in. Your saved searches stay and keep running. Without a payment method on file, the organization moves to Free by itself at the end of the 7 days, and nothing is charged.
Booking during the trial
In the trial, Pro is already your plan. This applies to new organizations and existing customers alike.
- You keep Pro with Keep Pro, on the trial card in the sidebar or under Billing in the Pro column. You add your payment method there, and nothing is charged yet. The trial runs to its last day, then Pro continues and is billed (Billing).
- You book Business during the trial already, with Upgrade to Business in the Business column (Billing).
- Without a payment method on file, your organization moves to Free at the end of the trial. You book Pro at any time after that, and your stored state is back then.
Owners and administrators change the plan. An upgrade applies right after payment.
After the trial
Without a booking, your organization moves to Free at the end of the trial. Nothing is deleted, only the limits of Free apply again. The same applies when you cancel Pro or Business: your plan stays until the end of the paid period, then Free follows.
On Free the following changes:

If you book Pro later, the stored state is back. You set nothing up again.
Enterprise

Enterprise is not a plan to book but an individual quote. It is meant for organizations that need their own contract, for example with a data processing agreement (DPA), a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) or committed response times (SLA). Enterprise covers the features of Business, plus a fixed contact person at procuris. The contract governs how many people work along and how much AI usage is included. Process and services are described under Enterprise.
Through an individual quote
You get these services through an individual quote:
- API: retrieve tenders and hits into your own systems
- Webhooks: messages to your systems as soon as something new happens
- Integrations: connection to CRM, ERP and workflow builders
- Single sign-on: sign in through your company's identity provider
- Full service by a bid manager: a bid manager from procuris works on your bids together with your team
- own modules in the workbook, departments as sub-organizations with their own profiles, bidding consortia with borrowed suitability, and international tenders in your language (Enterprise)
You request API access, webhooks, integrations and single sign-on yourself in procuris, under Settings › Organization in the On request section (Settings). After the setup, the Owner role manages API access, webhooks and single sign-on in the same place. The areas for this appear only once the access has been set up after the contract is signed. Before that they are not visible.
